Museum exhibit /Box for the Blessed Sacrament
Box for the Blessed Sacrament (used for keeping accessories for underground Mass). Services were conducted by a Priest, Juozas Zdebskis (1929-1986), one of the founders of the “Chronicle of the Lithuanian Catholic Church” and of the Catholic Committee for the Defence of the Rights of the Faithful. It was given to the Museum in 2002 by members of the Lauriunai family, in whose house Zdebskis conducted Religious Services. The exhibit is kept in the Museum of the History of the Kaunas Diocese (branch of the Kaunas Municipal Museum). (Photograph 2008).
