Museum exhibit /Milk-churn used for hiding documents.
A milk-churn used to hide the archive of the Central Leadership of the Union of Fighters for the Freedom of Lithuania (Lietuvos Laisvės Kovos Sajũdis) – the leading underground organization for anti-Nazi and anti-Soviet resistance in Lithuania in the 1940s. The archive, hidden in several churns like this one, was discovered at the beginning of the 1990s in the Tytuvenai Bunker on the outskirts of Kaunas. It is kept in the Museum of Exile and Resistance (Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania) (Photo 2005).
