Drawing on part of a leaf from a sketchpad. The paper is thick. The drawing shows part of a prison wall (internal view) and a window with a metal grille. The window is 'open' i.e. the frame is tilted inwards. Outside the window, the roof of a watchtower in an exercise yard is visible.

Given by N.N. Lansere. According to the owner's testimony, the drawing was executed by her father, Nikolai Evgenevich Lansere, during his detainment in the OGPU internal prison on Shpalernaia street in Leningrad, after his first arrest.
