Описание
A "Gramota" (literacy certificate) given to "The best student in the Vetlag and Forestry Department" school, made out to Elizavet Delibash, a student in the first year, after the end of the first quarter. In the upper part is a portrait of Lenin in a round medallion shape, under which is a red ribbon bearing the work "Otlichniku" [~"To the best student"]. In the top left corner is the quotation "The personnel determines all. V Lenin". Around the portrait are images: a globe, books, a chessboard, an inkpot and pen. In the top right hand corner is a fragment of an urban landscape. The text on the certificate is enclosed in a red frame. The certificate is signed by the chairman and members of the school board (three signatures).

Легенда
Given by A.A. Delibash. According to the owner, the certificate was given to her in the Vetlag school. She was imprisoned in Vetlag with her father (A.S. Iosilevich, prisoner) and her mother (N.Z. Delibash, a civilian employee in the Cultural and Education Section [KVCh]). After her parents' arrest in 1936, the owner took this certificate, along with other personal documents, with her.
