Draft of a titlepage of a 6 month report on the technical department of the OGPU plenipotentiary Economics department in the Leningrad military region, executed on a sheet of yellow tracing paper. In the lower right hand corner is the signature "Н. Лансере" [N. Lansere] and the date "13 августа [August] 1932" .

Given by N.N. Lansere. According to the owner's testimony, the draft was drawn by her father, Nikolai Evgenevich Lansere, during his detainment in the OGPU internal prison on Shpalernaia street in Leningrad, after his first arrest.
